Cap'n Slog goes Back to his past
Last Friday I went to the Regent in Ipswich and stepped back to when I was younger. I went to see the Australian Pink Floyd Show. Now I know it is not the same as seeing the real Pink Floyd, but if you close your eyes (can't think why you would want to with their light show) it IS Pink Floyd playing. All credit to them as they were note perfect and sound perfect in my opinion. A really good show and a great nights entertainment. Took me right back to the 70's and my misspent youth.
This summer it is Elton John at Portman Road, now did I ever tell you I knew his cousin...........
Ebaying
Just discovered the wonderful delights of Ebay. Matty has sold a few items to raise cash towards his new mobile phone. I have bought some items including a model bus that was produced in the 1980's for the BB Water Aid appeal. I tend to collect small model vehicles usually Lledo days gone by. However I am now collecting different types of BT vehicles. I have some in the old GPO green, British Telecom Yellow, BT Grey and also White with the Piper logo.
If anyone has any such vehicles then please let me know and I'll make an offer.
